In our effort to commemorate this special event last month, the Thompson Autism Center compiled the articles below as part of our effort to provide treatment, education and resources surrounding ASD. Reaching her full potential: Vivian’s journey with autism
Vivian suffered from severe social anxiety resulting in a withdrawn personality, struggles in school and problems with her well-being. It wasn’t until age 11 that Vivian was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and began receiving treatment at the Thompson Autism Center.
