Rutgers University researchers found that telehealth training is an effective way to teach parents about early behavioral intervention for their children as the coronavirus pandemic continues.
Study: Pets may help parents of kids with autism fight stress
Pets are stress-relievers for parents of children with autism and benefit their kids, too. According to a study in the Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders, pet ownership didn’t increase parents’ stress, and those with multiple pets reported more benefits.
